Maria Meraklis

Maria has extensive experience in the fitness industry. She has had the pleasure of working with a wide range of clients including football, hockey players, marathon runners, and senior citizens. She has successfully helped clients recover from injuries by assisting with their rehabilitation, improved their  strength, speed, muscle composition, and their flexibility. Her training style technique focuses on a strength, conditioning, functional fitness, agility & hypertrophy. She combines calisthenics with resistance training to achieve optimal strength.

Maria’s has a strong passion for cooking. which has helped her  become a great nutritional coach.  She finds numerous delicious ways to eat healthy and feel healthy. Her macro based meal plans consist of nutrient dense whole foods that help clients achieve natural muscle gain while lowering their body fat percentage.

 Maria instructed over 30 Virtual classes such as Hybrid HIIT, BootyBootcamp and Yoga during COVID-19 shut down. Her experience and knowledge in the fitness industry further developed at The Top Strength Project where she has had the opportunity to work closely with Strongman coaches and competitors. Maria was a professional dancer before becoming a fitness trainer and incorporates the art of movement into her class routines and workout programs.

Her curiosity and passion to help others be better, physically, mentally and spiritually continues to develop in her career in the evolving fitness industry.
