With a personal weight transformation of 95 pounds postpartum, Jessica has walked the journey herself. She started her fitness journey at the age of 15, focusing on strength training and overall lifestyle fitness. This early passion evolved into a lifelong commitment to health and wellness.
Jessica's philosophy is all about meeting clients where they are and working with them holistically. She believes in addressing both the mindset and physical fitness to help clients achieve their goals sustainably, without restrictive diets or unrealistic expectations.
A certified Personal Trainer and Online Fitness and Nutrition Coach, with a Bachelor's degree in human development, Jessica combines her academic knowledge with her practical experience to guide clients toward healthier lifestyles - both mentally and physically. She advocates for macro-based meal plans, allowing clients to enjoy the foods they love while making progress towards their fitness objectives.
