Henry Lau
Henry is a strength coach and licensed manual therapist that guides individuals towards their goals. Henry's philosophy is about assessing the individual as a whole and improving their function as a human. He selects interventions that he believes to be most fruitful depending on the information from an assessment and context of the individual. He believes in a multi-factorial solution that encompasses both the psychological and physical attributes. His comprehensive approach addresses individuals on a continuum from discharged physical therapy to high level athletics.
He has worked with many top private facilities ranked top 10 in Men's Fitness: EXOS (formerly Athlete's Performance), Cressey Sports Performance, and Mike Boyle's Strength and Conditioning.
Henry graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology.
He is also an avid phytonutrient connoisseur.
